Purpose of use

Automated control sysem of weels transportation unit is intended for transportation of finished products from the territory of the warehouse of finished products and additionnaly for transportation of production waste as a briquetted chips to the shipping place on plant of Prommashkomplekt (Ekibastuz, Kazakhstan).

Main purposes of automated control system are:

• economy of electric power and time for production transportation on a warehouse;
• increase of production standards and enhancement of procuction standards and technology of weels transportation;
• enhancement of work conditions of maintenance staff.

Logical structure is based of industrial programming controller S7-300 produced by SIEMENS, which controls the main system and mashinery state, processing of digital and analog signals from sensors to field devices. 
In control system controller of S7 317-2DP model in used.
PLC are connected in local network Profibus DP the following devices:

• distributed I/O device ET200M;
• frequency converter SINAMICS G120 of transmission weels cart;
• frequency converter SINAMICS G120 of transport cart;
• frequency converter SINAMICS G120 of waste transmission cart;
• operator's panel MP277.
